How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
Each piece is custom-made with care, requiring about 30 days for production.
For UK deliveries, expect 1-3 business days via UPS.
For Europe and worldwide, it’s typically 1-5 business days via UPS.
What is the return policy?
If you for any reason would like to return your jewellery, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply select your return reason from the Return Form here: Return Form
Once our warehouse has received your return and verified that all the conditions are met, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
To qualify for a return:
– Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage (bended, scratched etc.)
– Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box)- We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products that have been made to order or customised.
– Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return, except for necklaces, where engraving is added as a removable element.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a personal message?
Every order is elegantly gift-wrapped in our iconic Floa packaging, perfect for gifting.
At checkout, you have the option to add a personal message for a customized card. Rest assured, there will be no physical invoice included; a digital invoice is sent to the buyer only.
Each order also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, an exclusive Membership Invitation, and a special Promotion.
I have sensitive skin. Is Floa jewellery suitable for me?
Absolutely! Our jewelry is crafted with hypoallergenic materials, ensuring it’s gentle on your skin and does not cause allergic reactions or skin discoloration. All jewellery is made from premium brass + thick gold or silver layer + NanoShield protection coating.
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our Customer Care and we will do our best to support you.
For custom pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
My ring size is very large/very small. Do you make custom size?
